Demystify the art of Indian Cuisine
I learnt how to cook Indian food from my mum by watching her in the kitchen and absorbing her knowledge almost through osmosis. You can watch a million YouTube channels and read a thousand recipes but you can't get the experience of years of trial and error. My Indian cookery class can cater for all abilities, cooking is about confidence, spending 2-3 hours in the kitchen with me will bring that confidence to the fore and you'll be crafting curries in no time.
I do private one-one classes only so you won't have to share the limelight with anyone unless you choose to bring them along.
Most people bring a friend to share the experience and our family sessions are popular and a great solution when you've got alot of catering to do.
I'll also teach you my tips and tricks to create delicious food when you're in a hurray. Everyone should know how to cook from scratch and Indian food is probably the easiest.
All ingredients are provided
In the interest of saving the planet I ask that you bring some plastic containers with you to take the food home in, if you don't have any let me know and I'll sort it out.
Classes take between 2-3 hours, it all depends on how many questions you ask, I go at your pace
Aprons, masks and gloves are provided during the Pandemic, all surfaces are sanitised before arrival.
